Hook & Ladder Manufacturing Co. is named after the volunteer-run Mutual Hook & Ladder Co. formed in 1850 – the first fire company in the state. They embrace local farms, ranches, breweries and wineries in both their kitchen and their bar. The restaurant provides a seasonal menu that is a balance of casual and sophisticated with house made pastas, seasonal vegetables, artisan pizzas, small plates and a variety of attentively created entrees.
