Here at Roxy, our focus is on using as many locally raised and naturally healthy food products as possible. We are also proud to offer our own Lucky Dog Ranch all natural, pasture-raised beef, from our ranch in Dixon, California. The chefs source many of the ingredients directly from local farmers or through their connections at the farmers’ market, and extensive daily specials highlight the creativity of the chefs and the freshest provisions available.
We're a cozy restaurant in Midtown Sacramento providing really great service and cooking delicious food since 1996. We feature a monthly changing menu, inspired mostly by the beautiful cuisines of northern Italy and southern France. We also feature a terrific wine list with lots of interesting options and a full bar featuring classic cocktails and aperitifs.
Both Taylor's Market and Taylor's Kitchen are committed to the fundamentals of the Slow Food Movement. Since its inception Taylor's Kitchen has focused on serving meals prepared from the freshest local sources available. Chef Robert Lind creates his menus weekly focusing on the freshest most sustainable meats and produce our vendors offer. A few of the local vendors we use are 5 Dot Ranch, Superior Farms, Faurot Ranch, Del Rio Farms, and Vega Farms. All these vendors share the same philosophy and commitment as Taylor's when it comes to freshness, sustainability and minimizing the impact upon our environment.

Mulvaney's Building & Loan is an American restaurant, banquet hall, and offsite catering company. We focus on farm-to-form eating, taking full advantage of the seasonal bounty of the Great Valley. We are very hands on, smoking our own salmon, rolling pasta, churning ice cream. But pork is our first love and we use everything but the oink - bacon, sausages, sometimes we just roast the whole thing. In fact, one of our logos, the "Pigasus," can be seen lit up on the corner every night.

HOT ITALIAN has made itself a model for sustainability among restaurants in Sacramento. Co-owners Andrea Lepore and Fabrizio Cercatore paid careful attention during their major restoration of the former retail space into a restaurant. Creating a business that is energy efficient with a solar thermal system for hot water and LED and CFL lighting, water conservative with low flow faucets and toilets, and sustainable by using recycled materials in the seating, tables, and other fixtures, helped them earn the region's first restaurant and retail LEED Certification, the nation's leading designation for green buildings. In addition, HOT ITALIAN composts all its kitchen waste on-site with a state-of-the-art Earth Tub composting system, pizza boxes are compostable, and there's parking for 32 bicycles on-site. Best of all, HOT ITALIAN strives to use local and organic ingredients with a menu that changes seasonally to reflect nature's cycle to make its salads, pizza and calzone, as well as its gelato and sorbetto by Naia that is organic and made of seasonally selected ingredients.
