As part of Sacramento State’s One World Initiative, which focuses this year on Community, Food documentarians--The Recipe Hunters--will give an intimate lecture and film screening introducing the communities behind three gastronomic icons of Mexico—native beans, the Serrano Chili and the Maguey Plant. Recipe Hunters: Ark of Taste Dinner
