At Magpie Café
He’s back with fresh caught salmon! Join Chris Wang of the Gypsy Fish Company at our second Salmon Hub Pick Up hosted by Slow Food Sacramento and Magpie Café.
Salmon just arrived in the Bay Area and Chris, a long time salmon fisherman, is eager to share it with us. Through improvements in processing, this year’s salmon has been especially tasty and he is excited for us to taste it.
We’ve arranged to set up a Salmon Hub Pick Up at Magpie Cafe. The pick-up will be available from 4 – 8 p.m. at Magpie where there will be a special salmon appetizer available.
Your order will benefit Slow Food Sacramento as Chis will be donating 10% of your order to us.
