Formoli’s Bistro prides itself on providing fresh and unique menu items that incorporate locally grown produce, locally raised meat and other local products to prepare each dish with heart. All ingredients are made in-house down to the pasta, sauces, ketchup, granola and desserts. All bread is sourced from local baker Grateful Bread and coffee from Chocolate Fish. Meats come from 5 Dot Ranch, Hank’s Hens and Passmore Ranch. Expect to see farms and farmers contributing to individual dishes named on their menu. Owned and operated by husband and wife team, Chef Aimal Formoli and Suzanne Ricci, the menu features New American dishes that incorporate European influences, drawing mostly from France, Spain, and Italy.
