Spataro Restaurant and Bar, the namesake of Executive Chef Kurt Spataro, serves authentic
Italian cuisine utilizing local, seasonal meats, seafood and produce. Hand-crafted pastas and
carefully prepared sauces are featured on the menu, as well as other family recipes prepared
carefully and authentically. Kurt Spataro has also been trained and certified in the art of
Neapolitan pizza-making, a skill that he has passed along to a number of high-profile chefs in
